IRS Gets $440 Million to Steal From Us

From Breitbart.com's look at the budget, the Department of the Treasury is allocated to spend $525.9 billion. $470 billion to interest on the national debt. $11.1 of 12.1 billion in discretionary spending to the IRS to step up their "efforts to catch tax scofflaws and crack down on dubious tax schemes." The budget increases enforcement funding by $440 million, $291 million for new enforcement initiatives alone.

Once you research you will find that there is no statute requiring us to pay a personal income tax. That means there is no law which gives authority to the IRS to demand us to pay taxes on our personal income. The IRS are merely hired thugs given phantom authority against a non-law. The supreme court ruled twice that personal income tax is not constitutional.

So when a guy like Albert B. Crenshaw from the Washington Post writes:

"The nation's 'tax gap' between what Americans owe under the law and the amount they actually pay -- estimated at more than $300 billion a year -- has attracted increased attention."

He should realize that he can't use the word "law". Or perhaps research the facts to discover if there really IS a law in the first place. I am afraid that the media, being ignorant to the truth, will continue to propel the myth into society, most likely, unwittingly.

What an investigative reporter will eventually discover is that there is a Federal Reserve System; a for-profit private banking institution put in place to create paper money for the government to fund what ever it likes (IRS, wars, terror, tyranny).

Our income is taxed to pay the elite the interest on this monopoly money they print. So, sure...it makes sense that there is "increased attention". I would say it's worth an extra 291 million to get at some of that $300 billion. Hired hands get a fat pay day and the fat cats get their interest. We, get our pockets picked.

I am perplexed about the fact that a nation is paying an agency and increasing spending on their enforcement of a tax collection that is NOT constitutional!
